EVAPORATIVE COOLER WINTERIZATION

With the warm weather coming to an end, it is time to make arrangements to winterize your evaporative cooler.

We are experienced in the procedures necessary to preserve your cooler and leave it ready for quick start up in the spring.

Our service includes the following where applicable

· Shutting off electricity to the cooler motor and pump

· Turning off the water to cooler

· Checking the water valve

· Draining the water supply tube

· Checking the float and valve

· Oiling the bearings

· Draining the cooler pan

· Cleaning the cooler pan

· Removing pads if requested

· Closing damper if available

· Covering cooler if no damper is available or upon requested*

· Issuing a report to you

*We offer two alternatives for covering most coolers, plastic wrap or a canvas cover you may choose to purchase.

* This special will apply to most home size evaporative coolers.
* Any extra parts needed will be additional.
* An additional $20.00 fee will be charged to winterize units larger than 6,500 Cubic Feet Per minute (CFM) rating.
